1. Who we are

This website is run by Primetiq Solutions [legal entity type and registration number], [registered address], India ("Primetiq", "we", "us"). Primetiq provides LinkedIn lead generation, personal branding, appointment setting, training and related services to businesses. Gaurav Gaikwad is the founder and CEO.

For the personal data described in this policy, Primetiq is the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"). That means we decide why and how the data is used, and we are responsible for looking after it.

2. What we collect and why

We only collect what we need for the purpose shown. We rely on your consent when you choose to give us your details, and on the uses the DPDP Act allows when you have voluntarily provided data for a specific purpose, such as booking a call.

We do not ask for passwords, bank or card details, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal data on this website. Please do not send them to us.

3. The LinkedIn Pipeline Score

The Pipeline Score runs in your browser. Your answers are used to calculate your score and are cleared when you close or reload the page. Nothing is sent to us while you answer the questions.

At the end you can choose to send your result to Gaurav for review. Only if you press "Send my score to Gaurav" do we receive your details and your result. The form tells you this before you send it, and sending is optional: you can see your full result without giving us anything.

4. If we contact you on behalf of a client

Our work involves starting relevant conversations on LinkedIn for our clients. To do that, we look at professional information that people have made available on LinkedIn, such as name, job title, company and public posts, to decide whether a message would be relevant to them.

• We use this information only to decide whether to reach out and to write a message that is relevant to you.
• We keep activity at a steady, human pace and follow LinkedIn's rules for its members.
• If you would rather not hear from us or our client again, reply to the message or email info@primetiqsolutions.com. We will stop, and record your request so you are not contacted again for that client.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our business, and only for the purposes in this policy:

• Google, for Google Sheets, email and Google Fonts. See Google's privacy policy.
• Calendly, when you book a call. See Calendly's privacy notice.
• LinkedIn, when we deliver outreach and profile work for clients. See LinkedIn's privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider, which serves this website. [name of hosting provider]
• Team members and associate partners who work on your engagement, under confidentiality obligations.
• Professional advisers and authorities, such as our lawyers and accountants, or a court or government body when the law requires it.

When we use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to prepare research or message drafts for client work, we use them under the providers' business terms and keep a human review in place before anything is sent.

6. Where your data is stored

Some of the providers above store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, the transfer is made in line with the DPDP Act and any restrictions the Government of India places on transfers to particular countries.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for:

• Pipeline Score submissions, call bookings and enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
• Client records: for the length of the engagement, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or other laws require.
• Opt-out requests: for as long as needed to make sure we do not contact you again.

When you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

8. How we protect it

We take reasonable security measures to protect personal data, including access controls on the accounts and tools that hold it, two-step sign-in where the tools support it, and limiting access to the people who need it for their work. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach happens, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and the people affected as the DPDP Act requires.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
• Have your grievance heard by us, and if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in the event of death or incapacity.

To use any of these rights, email info@primetiqsolutions.com from the address you gave us, or tell us how else we can confirm it is you. We aim to respond within 30 days.

10. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's session storage for one small thing: remembering that you closed the Pipeline Score banner, so it stays closed while you browse. That entry is deleted when you close the tab.

Calendly sets its own cookies when you open the booking page. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

11. Children

Our website and services are meant for business owners and professionals. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, tools or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
